The Valley African Nova Scotian Development Association (VANSDA), a member of the Nova
Scotia Works Employment Services Network, would like to collect career interest plans from
youth in grades 8 – 12 and those leaving the public school system and the influences on those
plans. This information will assist Nova Scotia Works- Employment Service Centre –
Kentville providing directed communication and information to the targeted community
youth assisting them and their families in the decision making process.
The information you provide will be used to improve transitional programs from school to
work and enable the business community an opportunity to market opportunities found right
