This 8 week program is designed to give participants an understanding of the 9 Essential (Workplace) Skills as defined by Human Resources Skill Development Canada (HRSDC) – Numeracy; Reading; Writing; Document Use; Working with Others; Computer Use; Critical Thinking; Oral Communication and Continuous Learning. The PEESP program uses multiple methods to engage participants in examining and comprehending how these are practically applied in the workplace.
